Key Performance Indicators:
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
Deliver files, letters, and documents within the office or to external locations
Support administrative staff with routine tasks
Ensure office supplies are arranged and refilled (tea, water, stationery, etc.)
Assist during meetings and official events
Main Job Responsibilities:

Deliver and collect files, documents, and official correspondence within and
outside the office
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, prepared, and arranged before and after
meetings
Refill and manage office supplies such as water bottles, tea, coffee, and
stationery
