Main Job Responsibilities:
  • To develop Terms of Reference (TORs), policies, and a clear working scope for the Alumni & Philanthropy Department.
  • To develop requirements and functional specifications for the design and development of the Odoo ERP system for the department, in coordination with relevant teams.
  • To develop a comprehensive database through systematic data collection of alumni and philanthropists for the formation and strengthening of the Alumni & Philanthropy Association.
  • To develop and maintain proper record keeping, documentation, and reporting systems related to alumni, donors, and departmental activities.
  • To develop coordination and collaboration mechanisms with alumni, ensuring their meaningful engagement in organizational programs, events, and fundraising activities.
  • To develop innovative ideas, strategies, and initiatives to make the Alumni & Philanthropy Department more effective, sustainable, and resourceful for the organization.
  • To develop linkages and support engagement activities that enhance alumni participation and philanthropic contributions.
  • To develop periodic progress reports and share updates with management as required.
  • To develop and perform any other task assigned by the supervisor in line with departmental and organizational objectives.

Manage daily operations of the rehab center and ensure smooth, effective functioning of all departments.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and strategic plans.

Quality of front desk service and client satisfaction

Accuracy of patient registration and records

Timely handling of calls and appointments

Professional conduct and adherence to SOPs

Attendance and punctuality Updated patient records(files)·       Guide patients and guardians·       Telephone operator

Main Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and delivery of rehabilitative services.

Monitor patient care quality and satisfaction, addressing concerns and improving standards.

Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Maintain accurate records and documentation, and manage administrative functions.

Build relationships with other healthcare providers, insurance partners, community organizations, and regulator

Prepare a list of every assessed patient in coordination with all therapists, to provide information to Center Manager

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. They ensure a welcoming environment and assist with various tasks to maintain smooth daily operations. · Greet the patients and guardian   Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
