He will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing and supervising all ongoing construction activities.
• Approving technical works in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
• Ensuring strict implementation of quality control standards at the site.
• Verifying Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and related documentation.
• Coordinating between HHRD, consultants, and contractors for effective communication.
• Monitoring progress to ensure timely execution of project milestones.
• Reporting regularly on-site status, challenges, and recommendations.
