Main Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment planning and delivery of rehabilitative services.
Monitor patient care quality and satisfaction, addressing concerns and improving standards.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Maintain accurate records and documentation, and manage administrative functions.
Build relationships with other healthcare providers, insurance partners, community organizations, and regulator
Prepare a list of every assessed patient in coordination with all
therapists, to provide information to Center Manager
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering
or referring inquiries. They ensure a welcoming environment and assist with
various tasks to maintain smooth daily operations. · Greet the patients
and guardian Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying
with procedures, rules, and regulations.
