ABA Therapist

Description:

Key Performance Indicators:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as designed by the BCBA / Supervisor.

Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions using ABA principles (DTT, NET, PRT, etc.).

 Apply behavior management strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors.

Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during therapy sessions.

Monitor client progress and report outcomes to the supervisor.

Modify intervention strategies under supervision based on client response.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Sound understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) characteristics and developmental milestones

Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles,

Provide one-to-one and small group ABA therapy sessions for children with ASD.

Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) / Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as designed by the Clinical Supervisor.
